Most of the apartment in HỒ Chi Minh/Viet Nam are with furniture and electric appliances such as sofa, bed , refrigerator, television,etc.basically. In this point, it is much different from the market in Japan.Tenant does not need to buy all those things.


Residencial Property in Ho Chi Minh City can be divided by 2 types: One is Company owned property and another one is individual owned property. Some company does not allow signing contract with individual owner.

◎Advantage:
Corporate managerment systern is being applied , so higher quality, stylish and their staff can speak foreign language.
●Disadvantage:
Monthly rent is comparatively higher.

◎Advantage:
Having lots of options for your choice. You can negotiate tent and furniture and/or equipment.
●Disadvantage:
Troublesome in maintenance , refund deposit etc.

We will introduce residencial apartment as follows;

We will ask your budget, No. of family, working place. In case your company may sign the leasing agreement, we may contract you company’s general affair department for their retirement as company. rental05

We will list up all suitable apartment for customer from out database.

With this list, we will arrange tour to view apartments listed by us.During the tour we will have a staff who can speak English or Japanese. Upon customer’s request , we can arrange to visit kinder garden, primary school, secondary school, hospital,etc.

After customer decide first priority apartment, we will negotiate with the owner and make offer letter for final decision.

We will make leasing contract in compliance with Vietnamese criteria. In the normal practice the agreement is made in English and Vietnamese language.However, the Vietnamese version on will be in priority.

According to the leasing agreement ,our staff will prepare all the things of the premises .agreements before move in date, support landlord to do other task such as: cleaning roon, Fixxing equipment. On checking in date, we also support to check furniture and equipment list, check electricity and water meter etc.

Even after check in the apartment, our staff always support you to have a comfortable stay . If the customer faced any problem in the house, we will settle for it.
